It’s a really, it is a really hard question because I don’t -- I don’t really -- I don’t really know, it’s such a broad question. It’s like how do you explain what a producer does? It’s like we do everything and everything in between. Um, but the main way I try to explain is I just use silly words like, well, I’m a cat herder. I have a carrot and a stick in both back pockets. I try and figure out which one I need to use in order to be able to guide people towards the end result. Um, or I sometimes, another way of describing it is like you’ve got the teams, you’re a coach, and the talent all exists within the team and what you’re sort of trying to help them do is figure out the plan of how they actually achieve what it is that they want to achieve. Um, another is basically like I think even just like a ring, what is it, a ringmaster, uh, ringleader, ringmaster. That that sort of whole idea of being able to, I have the big picture of what needs to happen and I’m always just trying to figure out like which levers need to be pulled in order to make that happen. Uh, or it’s like running a home and it’s the same sort of thing where you’ve got like a lot of different needs of people and you’re sort of trying to figure out how -- how you make sure that you achieve the collective goal that you have and figure out that goal. So it’s like for me I always have to cater to whoever it is that I’m speaking to to try and help them understand that it really is about -- my job is working with people to help them articulate what their creative vision is and then help figure out the root plan to that.
