I think art still needs more time. In order for us to view it's artistic and cultural value, the history for video games is still too short. Artistic values of mediums like books, paintings, films are already recognized. Then what about TV dramas or video games that have even shorter history? I think we need more time. There are still generations of people who are not familiar with video games. I think we are still in the stage of becoming known to people. I belong to the second generation when it comes to video games. By the time we have creators from the third and forth generations, video games can be an entertainment that people can't be without. And then it can be listed right in the middle amongst books, museums, and films. This would be a list shared by every generation. And a game's artistic value would be recognized by everyone too. I think in the next few decades, video games can get there.
