I think it’s a creative process. It’s like high emotions. Um, I mean, there’s a lot of love in the room. We have a very lovely team and everyone does get on and I think everyone really tries to, you know, muddle through those moments where, particularly when you’re [finaling] and you’ve -- and everybody’s -- everybody is -- it’s -- it’s the last time, you know, every day counts. And everyone wants to get their work done. And, you know, and so, yeah, there can be those moments where there’s screwdriver fights. But, I tend to find that they’re about the right things, you know, like it’s not -- we don’t have -- we don’t -- we actually -- we don’t have any horrible people working who are just mean to others. Like it’s more that people will be passionate about a subject and they’re trying to figure out how to articulate it. And when you have so many left brain, right brain, left-right brain people all in one room from completely different disciplines, from different cultures, different everything, all trying to communicate, sometimes there are sparks.
