I - I mean, I - I'm a big fan of just rushing head into things. But my advice would be to be quite careful who you do business with. I mean, I've worked with companies that has just been borderline criminals. After a while. And really be careful who you go into business with. We have, today we have two fantastic publishing partners with Warner Brothers and Square Enix. They are stable, long term partners of Avalanche. So, I think always go into, especially when you work with publishers, go into a deal with a mindset that you will be working with them on the long term. Not necessary, just sell the company to the publisher. But focus on building relationships. It's super important. And when it comes to just starting up, I think it's important to obviously be creative and hold onto ideas. But I think it's also important to be able to shoot down your own ideas. Because, I mean, as a game designer, I mean, I've been completely obsessed with a few ideas that I've had. And after a while it's like, yeah, okay. I should maybe let go of this now, because I'm the only person that thinks it's great.
